Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation.
- Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Our pieces are shipped from our U.S. and Hong Kong warehouses, depending on inventory availability and your shipping destination.

Shipping Rates
- We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $100 USD.
- For orders under $100 USD, a flat shipping fee of $8 USD will be applied at checkout.
Tracking Information
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–3 business days after placing your order.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at: ellecuratesofficial@gmail.com
- Our team will assist you and work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
- If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before your order is processed.
