Shipping policy

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
• All pieces ship from our Hong Kong warehouse.

Duties & Taxes

• All applicable duties and import taxes are covered by Elle Curate. You will not be asked to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

Shipping Time

• United States: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• All other available shipping destinations: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
• Transit times do not include the 3–5-business-day order processing period. The estimated total time from order confirmation to delivery is 6–10 business days for the United States and 10–20 business days for other destinations.
• Delivery estimates may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

• We offer free worldwide shipping on orders of $100 USD or more, to destinations available at checkout.
• For orders under $100 USD, a flat shipping fee of $6 USD applies.

Tracking Information

• Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
• For U.S. deliveries, a USPS tracking number may be created before the parcel arrives in the United States. Tracking updates may not appear immediately and will begin once USPS receives and scans the parcel.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact support@ellecurate.com.
• Our team will assist you and work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

• Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
• If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before your order is processed.
