Shipping policy

All applicable duties and import taxes are covered by Elle Curate. You will not be asked to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $100 USD.
For orders under $100 USD, a flat shipping fee of $8 USD will be applied at checkout.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–3 business days after placing your order.
For orders shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse, a USPS tracking number may be created before the parcel arrives in the United States. During this time, USPS may show that the label has been created or that tracking information is unavailable. This is normal.
Tracking updates may take up to 7 business days to appear while your package is in transit to the U.S. Once the parcel reaches the U.S. and is scanned by USPS, tracking will begin updating normally.

Our team will assist you and work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before your order is processed.
