Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation.
  • Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Our pieces are shipped from our U.S. and Hong Kong warehouses, depending on inventory availability and your shipping destination.

Shipping Time

  • United States: 3–15 business days
  • International Orders: 7–15 business days
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $100 USD.
  • For orders under $100 USD, a flat shipping fee of $8 USD will be applied at checkout.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–3 business days after placing your order.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Our team will assist you and work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
  • If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before your order is processed.
