Return Conditions
Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item first. Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
