Before Elle Curate, I was simply a girl who loved clothes.

I have always loved discovering new brands, unique designs, beautiful fabrics, and pieces that feel special.

To me, fashion has never just been about getting dressed.

It is a way to express who we are and every version of ourselves.

Finding something different

When I first moved to the U.S., shopping felt completely different.

I remember being surprised that a 100% wool coat could easily cost $400–$500.

But growing up around China’s fashion supply chain, I knew there were so many amazing pieces with beautiful fabrics, thoughtful designs, and great quality that simply weren’t being discovered.

The coat that started everything.

In 2022, I found a wool coat.

It wasn’t from a luxury brand.
It didn’t have a recognizable logo.

But it had everything I loved —
a beautiful silhouette, quality fabric, and timeless details.

Almost four years later, it is still one of my favorite pieces in my closet.

When I started sharing my finds, this coat became the first piece loved by the Elle Curate community.

That’s when I realized:

Maybe I wasn’t the only one searching for pieces like this.

Why Elle Curate?

Because I believe the best pieces are not always the most expensive ones.

Sometimes, they are just waiting to be discovered.

Every item here is carefully selected — not because it is trending, but because it feels special.

Before bringing a piece here, I always ask myself:

Would I wear it?
Would I recommend it to someone I love?
Would I still reach for it years from now?
