Help ease financial pressures for women at our partner factories, especially those carrying the daily responsibilities of work and family care.

Our commitment
For every product sold, we plan to set aside a contribution to support women and girls. Of the funds allocated to this initiative, 60% will go directly to women workers in need, and 40% will support girls’ education.

Elle Curate team members will visit our partner factories and deliver financial assistance directly to women workers in need, on a monthly or quarterly schedule.
We want this support to help ease the financial pressures of everyday life, with particular attention to women balancing paid work and family caregiving.

We will donate 40% of the initiative’s funds through a girls’ education assistance project on the Tencent Charity platform, helping girls who need financial support to stay in school.
Education can broaden future employment opportunities and give girls more freedom to shape their own lives.
